How to install your eSIM

Scan one QR code at home, then switch it on when you land.

Before you fly

Install the eSIM while you are still on Wi-Fi at home. Your plan does not start until you connect to a network at your destination, so there is no rush once it is installed.

Open your eSIM in My eSIMs on the website or in the app, and keep the QR code on a second screen, such as a laptop.

On iPhone

  1. 1Open Settings and tap Cellular (or Mobile Data).
  2. 2Tap Add eSIM, then Use QR Code, and scan the code.
  3. 3Label the new line "Aebello". Keep your usual line for calls and texts.

On Android

  1. 1Open Settings, then Network & internet (Connections on Samsung).
  2. 2Tap SIMs or SIM manager, then Add eSIM, and choose Scan QR code.
  3. 3Scan the code and confirm.

Can’t scan?

Each eSIM page also shows an SM-DP+ address and an activation code. Choose "Enter details manually" on your phone and copy them in.

A QR code works only once, so do not delete the eSIM from your phone after installing it.
